Thank you for taking the time to review my employer services. One of the largest untapped pools of talent are people with disabilities. Often times passed by or over looked because of the label that focuses on the negative.  As a person with multiple disabilities myself, I have noticed that all people have great abilities and weaknesses. Sometimes people without disabilities have larger weaknesses than people living with disabilities.

It is a major misconception that accommodating a people with a disability costs lots of  money and hardship. In reality most employers spend more money on the recruiter then the accommodation. The majority of accommodations cost less than a few dollars. Examples of cheap accommodation is colour coding files, use of an organizer, alarms on a cell phones, extra training, etc.
