Building a world where people wake up every day to show their potential, and are recognized for what they can accomplish as well as their different aspects. When needed can be given support without difficulty. Workplaces where people are valued for their diversity, ideas and collaboration in building a strong community.

Supporting this vision I work to open the eyes of both businesses, groups and individuals by showing different ways to display and utilize talent and potential. By approaching every situation with the intent to educate, form lasting relationships and give first, I have had the opportunity to work on social enterprises, non-profit revenue generation, solve complex disability accommodations plans, and facilitate recruitment in various forms.

As a Job Developer and Facilitator I help people with barriers to employment to recognize the positive sides of themselves and work towards gaining employment where they can showcase their hidden potential.
